COODSynergyn Oil & Power U.K. Ltd as a Private Limited liability Company. The group evolved its corporate structure to meet global energy demands. Coodsynergyn Oil & Power U.K. LIMITED was developed as a specialized subsidiary of the parent company.

In 2002, COOD Resources International Limited signed the Sole & Exclusive Rights ‘International Representatives Agreement’ with SYNERGYN® – Manufacturer of the “World Best Lubricants” – to market and sell their Products in West Africa & U.K Region.

COODSynergyn Oil & Energy West-Africa LTD initiated the setting up of a gas-fired Independent Power Producer (IPP) Project with a targeted generation capacity of the Project is 255MW to be located in the western region of Nigeria.

COODSynergyn Oil announced the grand opening of its new United States office in Maryland. This strategic move establishes a permanent North American hub for our operations.
